Sarah Lotz, LMT

Sarah is the owner and lead therapist at Allevo Therapeutic Bodywork. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, with ongoing certification in NASM and a real, persistent curiosity about how the human body recovers.

Her clients come for chronic pain, sciatica, headaches that won't go away, vertigo, nerve pain, and the aches that other practitioners can't figure out. The work is patient and investigative — every session begins by understanding what's actually going on, not just chasing symptoms.

Outside of session, you'll often find Sarah researching her clients' specific conditions, reading anatomy textbooks for fun, and laughing too loud (sorry, Mike).
