The fine print

Clear, simple policies so we both know what to expect.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations inside that window may be subject to a charge — but we know life happens. Reach out and we'll work it out.

Rescheduling

If something comes up, please reschedule rather than cancel — same window, same flexibility. You can do this through your client portal or by reaching out directly.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please call or text. Sessions may need to be shortened to respect the next client's appointment, and full-session pricing still applies.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of service. Pre-pay is also available at booking if you prefer. We accept cards through Stripe and cash. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

Privacy

Your health information stays between us. Notes from your sessions are kept private and not shared with anyone without your written consent.
